Fluorescent Brightener-OB

Chemical name: 2.5-bis (5-ter.butyl-2-benzoxazoly) thiophene
Molecular formula: C26H26SO2N2
Molecular weight: 430, 575
Properties: Bright yellow green crystal powder, odorless. Melting point: 196℃~203℃. Decomposition temperature is larger than 220℃. It is hard to dissolve in water. It dissolves in paraffin, fat mineral oil, wax and common organic solvents. The hue of the fluorescent light is blue light. The wave length of the maximum absorptive light is 375nm (ethyl alcohol).

Fluorescent Brightener-KSN

Chemical name: 4.4-bis (5-methyl-2-benzoxoazol)-ethlene
Molecular formula: C30H22N2O2
Molecular weight: 442
Properties: The fluorescent brightener-KSN belongs to benzothiazole compound. Its appearance is yellow crystal powder. Its melting point is 278℃. It does not dissolve in water, and has no smell. Its performance is stable.

Appearance: Yellow crystal powder.
Melting point: 275℃~280℃
Solid content: ≥99.5%
Fineness of grains: Through 120 meshes
Use: It is suitable for the brightening of polyester, polyamide and polyacrylonitrile fiber, and for the brightening of plastics as well.

Fluorescent Brightener-PB

Chemical name: 2.5-bis-(benzoxazol-2)-thiophene
Molecular formula: C18H10N2O2S
Molecular weight: 318
Properties: The product is a light yellow crystal powder. Its melting point is 216~220℃ (chlorobenzene recrystalization). It does not dissolve in water but in organic solvent and in concern treated acid and gives off bright colored blue fluorescent light. Its maximum absorptive wave length is 367nm (DMF) and its maximum emissive wave length is 429nm.

Fluorescent Brightener OB-1

Chemical name: 2.2-(4.4-diphenol vinyl)-di-benzoxazol
Molecular formula: C28H18N2O2
Molecular weight: 414
Properties: Fluorescent brightener being yellow crystals. Its melting point is 353℃. Not dissolving in water, no odor, having stable performance and strong fluorescence, its maximum absorption spectrum wave length being 374nm, the wave length transmitted by fluorescence being 434nm.

Use: It is used in increasing whiteness of original polyester liquid, especially for in increasing whiteness of dacron fiber, cotton, fabric blend, and also plastic products.

Fluorescent Brightener-KCB

Chemical name: 1.4-bis (benzoxazolyl-2-yl) naphtha-alene
Molecular formula: C24H14O2N2
Molecular weight: 362
Properties: Its appearance is of yellow green powder, bright-colored blue with white light. Its melting point is 212℃. It is unsolved in water.

Melting point: 210℃~212℃

Use: Brightener KCB is mainly used in bright whitening synthetic fiber and plastics, may be used in brightening plastic films materials of molding press into shape materials of injection mold, may be also used in brightening polyester fiber, dye and natural paint.

Fluorescent Brightener-EB

Properties: The product is a light yellow even dispersed fluid, contains effective fluorescent matter of 8%~23%, neutral and be diluted and dispersed with water in any proportion. It can be hard waterproof, alkali-proof and sunlight-proof, and has a good stability of bleaching by oxidation. It can be used with most kinds of resin collating agent and dye auxiliary of white fabric.
